Finding a stable, rewarding job on base or in the federal government is a great option for military spouses, transitioning service members, and Family members. Many of these jobs offer good pay, career growth, and great benefits, and some come with special hiring preferences for military Families.

Many private companies and government contractors provide jobs on military bases in roles such as

  • IT and Cybersecurity
  • Maintenance and engineering roles 
  • Security and administrative support 

Work with the Family and MWR program

Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) jobs support morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) programs on military installations. You could work in a variety of roles, including
