Free vehicle inspections are available on posted dates. The Free Holiday Safety Inspections Program provides inspections prior to Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Lemon Lot

We are also the registration point for Fort Novosel’s Lemon Lot, which is a paved and fenced area where you can sell your personal vehicles, RVs, motorcycles, boats and ATVs.
Patrons may utilize the Lemon Lot to sell their cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RV’s, trailers and other recreational vehicles. The Lemon Lot is located on Andrews Avenue, just past the Soldier Service Center, Building 5700, towards Enterprise on the left.
All vehicles must be registered with Auto Skills to utilize the lot. Proof of ownership (registration, title or bill of sale, power of attorney, etc.) and ID card are required for registration. Owner of the vehicle must be present or have power of attorney for item being sold. Register in person at Auto Skills.

Self Help Carwash
The self-help carwash, located at the Automotive Skills Center, has two wash bays, a vacuum cleaner with a shampooer and two standard vacuums, a fragrance machine, and vending machines stocked with large towels, Armor All Towels, and air fresheners.

- Paint Booth

Ride in style with a fresh new paint job! Bring your paint and your car to the paint booth at the Automotive Skills Center to get that fresh new look on your ride. Patrons are responsible for painting their own vehicles. The paint booth can be rented by the hour or per day. All patrons requesting to utilize the paint booth must make an appointment in advance.

Need to refill a propane tank? If so, then stop by the Automotive Skills Center today. Our propane service allows you to refill your own propane cylinders rather than having to swap them out. We also service RV propane tanks.

The twenty-six bay center has thirteen automotive lifts, two motorcycle lifts, twelve flat bays (non-lift), a paint booth, and a body bay. The center is easily accessible to Soldiers and their Families with operational hours constructed to meet their needs.
