The Flightline Bowling Center: Our House Rules

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules at all times. Failure to do so may result in injury to yourself or others.

General & Safety Rules

  • Supervision: All children under 13 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

  • Food & Drinks: No outside food or drinks are permitted in the center. Please keep all food, beverages, and other substances (like rosin or powder) off the bowling approach area.

  • Conduct: For everyone's safety, please refrain from running or any form of horseplay.

  • Personal Belongings: To prevent tripping hazards, please keep personal items like shoes, bags, and coats clear of walkways and seating areas.

  • Posted Signs: Always obey posted warning signs and safety notices.

  • Physical Limitations: Please be aware of and respect your own physical limitations while playing.

  • Age Limitations: Please be aware of the age limits in the bingo areas.

Bowling Lane Rules

  • Bowling Shoes: Proper bowling shoes and socks are required to play. Please check that your shoes are clean, dry, and tied before stepping onto the approach. Bowling shoes may not be worn outside.

  • The Foul Line: Do not cross the foul line. The lanes are slippery and crossing the line can lead to a fall.

  • Ball Retrieval: Never go down the lane to retrieve a ball. Wait for the automatic sweep to complete its cycle. Additionally, wait for the ball return machine to come to a complete stop before retrieving your ball.

  • Bumpers: Automatic bumpers are for our younger customers only and are not for use by adults or older kids.

  • Etiquette: Please be mindful of a bowler on the lane next to you. Do not walk onto the approach if they are in the middle of their turn.

  • Assistance: If you need help with a misplaced pin, a spill, or a ball that hasn't returned, please ask an associate for assistance. Do not roll a second ball until the first one has returned.

End of Your Game

  • Time Limits: If you are here with a party or on a reservation, please complete your games within your reserved time slot.

  • Equipment Return: When you are finished, please return all bowling balls to the racks and your rental shoes to the counter.
