Sponsorship for major events require a minimum of 180 days notice.
Sponsorship for minor events require a minimum of 90 days notice.
The amount of notice that is provided to the CS&A Department can and will directly impact the sponsorship, service, and support that will be provided.
Once this request form has been completed it will be submitted to the MWR Sponsorship and Advertising department. Please note this is a request form and sponsorship is not guaranteed until the DFMWR Director gives final approval.
