Looking for a fun, safe, and engaging place for your child after school? The Fort Rucker Youth Center offers a FREE After-School Program for all youth ages 11-18 (grades 6-12).

Join us every Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM to make friends, have fun, and explore new interests!

What We Offer:

  • Leadership Opportunities: Build valuable skills with our Leadership Forum, Youth of the Year program, workforce prep, volunteering, and Keystone & Torch clubs.

  • Art & Crafts: Unleash your creativity with jewelry making, painting, drawing, sewing, cooking, pottery, and more!

  • Tech & Homework Lab: Get hands-on with photography, videography, and Lego animation, or receive homework assistance to stay on top of your studies.

  • Sports, Fitness & Health: Stay active and have fun with dodgeball, capture the flag, basketball, volleyball, skating, and more!

Registration & Transportation:

  • Register Today: Sign up at Parent Central Services or the Youth Center.

  • Transportation: Bus transportation is available for a flat fee of $50 per month.

Leadership and Clubs

Join one of the many clubs that build confidence and leadership

  • STEM Club: Dive into hands-on experiments, coding, and engineering projects that make science and technology exciting.

  • Performing Arts Club: Whether you want to be on stage or behind the scenes, you can build confidence and express your creativity through acting, singing, and dancing.

  • Healthy Habits Club: Get moving, get cooking, and get inspired to live a healthy lifestyle while leading projects that benefit the community.

  • Keystone Club (Ages 14-18): Become a leader and make a difference! This club empowers teens to plan service projects, build leadership skills, and connect with other inspiring youth.

  • Torch Club (Ages 11-13): Step up as a young leader! Work together on fun community projects, learn teamwork, and discover how to create positive change where you live.
