Turkey bacon avocado sub sandwich filled with shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, provolone, and chive aioli. Served with a side of potato salad.
Tuesday
Loaded nachos with your choice of seasoned beef or chicken, topped with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
Wednesday
Grilled Chicken Pita Wrap, a warm, homemade pita bread filled with grilled chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions tossed in a Greek vinaigrette. Served with a side of pita chips and hummus.
Thursday
Jägerschnitzel, a crispy pork cutlet topped with a rich mushroom gravy. Served with sides of creamy mashed potatoes and green bean casserole.

Classic Lasagna filled with layers of pasta, marinara, beef, and a blend of ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. Served with a side of garlic Texas toast.

Divots offers catering for small scale events, ranging from meetings to promotion parties. Host your unit’s Hail and Farewell, or just plan a get together with family and friends. Our banquet room seats 75-80 comfortably, and our Regimental Room seats 10 in a private setting, (audio/visual equipment is available upon request). Spend some time on the back deck, overlooking the Blue Course, and take in the stunning view while relaxing under the lights.
