Self-Framing Class

Want to learn a new skill and create beautiful, custom frames for your photos and artwork? Join our instructional Self-Framing Class at the Arts & Crafts Center! This hands-on course will teach you everything you need to know to get started and showcase your favorite memories in a frame you built yourself.

What You Will Learn:

• Choosing and designing the perfect mats for your artwork.

• Accurately measuring and calculating frame dimensions.

• Professionally assembling your custom frame.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an approved "self-framer" card, granting access to use the framing center for future projects.

Class Schedule:

• When: Every Thursday, with classes at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

• Where: Arts & Crafts Center, Bldg. 9205 Ruf Ave.

• Cost: $45 per person. This fee includes all the materials you will need to frame one 8x10 picture.

Important Information:

• Registration: You must call and reserve your spot by the Wednesday before the class. Please call (334) 255-9020 to register.

• Class Size: A minimum of three students is required per class, so bring your friends and learn together!

• What to Bring: Patrons are required to provide their own 8x10 picture to frame.

• Safety: For your safety, all participants must wear closed-toe shoes.
