Gold Fitness is designed to meet the unique cardiovascular, muscular strength, endurance, ﬂexibility, and balance needs of individuals, 50 years or older, while addressing the unique needs that arise from wisdom. Gold Fitness provides the physical ﬁtness part of that equation as well as a community of support and social opportunities that keep us all on our toes. Pre-registration is recommended.
