Sports, Fitness, and Aquatics is home to an Indoor 8 lane, 25-meter heated pool. SFA supports PT, instructional swim for active-duty soldiers, military trainings, and hosts a myriad of recreational activities that includes Water Aerobics, Senior Swim, American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification courses, Adult and Youth Swim lesson, a non-profit post approved youth swim team, and a host site to a local high school swim team.
