Participants choose the 5K route of their choice, treadmills count too. Participants will show verification of completed run or walk to the Fort Rucker PFC Staff via a smart watch, GPS tracker or photo of finished route. At time of verification participants will receive a grab bag of previous events swag.  The most SWAG with the minimal amount of effort.
