On Saturday, October 13 SFA will host Sunrise Yoga at West Beach, Lake Tholocco from 7:30 am - 9:00 am. Enjoy 90 minutes of sun salutations and vinyasa flow on the serene shores of West Beach, Lake Tholocco. Move, sweat, BREATHE! All levels welcome.
