Stress Management Bingo

Feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life? Army Community Service (ACS) invites you to a FREE Stress Management Bingo session—a relaxing, insightful, and fun workshop designed to give you practical tools for finding more peace.

This is not your typical lecture. Join us in a supportive environment where we'll use fun games and shared ideas to explore practical solutions for the stress that comes with managing family, work, and your day-to-day life. You'll leave with new ways to navigate your stressors and feel more in control.

• May 5: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

• June 25: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

• August 18: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
