Kick start your way to a fitter and more fabulous self this New Year! Fortenberry-Colton Physical Fitness Center will be hosting a free Fitness Marathon from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. on January 12. Try a variety of 30 minute sessions, including Super Circuits, Step, Tabata, AbsoGlutely, HIIT Yoga, and more. If that's not enough to convince you, door prizes will be given away every 30 minutes! Class schedule:
8:00 a.m. - Upper Body w/ Aimee
8:30 a.m. - Abs/Core w/ Kris
9:00 a.m. - Glutes/legs w/ Babs
9:30 a.m. - HIIT w/ Stephanie
10:00 a.m. - Circuits w/ Lindsay
10:30 a.m. - Yoga w/ Brandy
 
(25 minute classes with a 5 minute transition!)
