Come join us for this extreme conditioning program! This program will be both challenging and rewarding. Parents please keep in mind that this program is intended to push children beyond their normal comfort zone, both mentally and physically. Open to youth ages 8-18 year. This event will be held on the Youth Sports Football Fields on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm – 7 pm. Workouts will include low crawling, tire flipping, pulling rope, running, sled pushing. A current sports physical and valid CYS membership are required for participation.
